Pattern Orders:

Thank you for your interest in Wild Onion Studio Patterns. Your order will ship within 2 - 3 business days of your order. To place an order, please use one of the options below.

For credit card orders: Click the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of each pattern page to add a purchase to your cart. Wild Onion Studio uses PayPal.com to securely process credit card orders. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place your order. We are not able to take credit card orders over the phone.

For checks or money orders: Click here to open the Print Order Form. This will open up an order form for you to print, fill out, and mail to Wild Onion Studio along with your check or money order. Instructions for mailing are included on the order form. Please make all checks out to Susan Italo.

Shipment:

Our orders are mailed via USPS within 2 - 3 days of your order. There will be a $3 shipping and handling fee added to your order, each additional pattern adds only $1 per pattern shipping fee to your order.

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order before shipping, please contact us at Susan@wildonionstudio.com or call (805)746-0186 PST.

Returns:

If there is a defect in your pattern, please contact us for a replacement. Returns for reasons other than defective printing will not be accepted.

Privacy:

Personal information collected will not be sold or otherwise distributed in any way. It will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order.
